I am a Freelance Technical Project Manager, specialising in Data Centre to Cloud Migrations, Data Reporting/Analytics platforms, Data Migration, Business System Implementations, Infrastructure/Network deployments/upgrades and software development projects.
I have over 30+ years of diverse experience leading large B2B and internal complex solutions from concept to completion, with internal and thirdparties both onshore and offshore. I started off as an electronics engineer, through real-time software devleopment for a major telecommunications manufacturer, into networking within large Insurance and Banking into Technical Architecture before moving into Project Management in the Travel, Loyalty/Marketing, Finance, Manufacturing and Retail sectors.
I have held roles from Project Manager, Programme Manager to Head of Projects for a well known loyalty brand and major retailer, before going freelance.
Throughout my career, I’ve leveraged a diverse range of project frameworks, from structured methodologies like Prince2 to more agile approaches like Scrum and Kanban, alongside internal best practices. This experience has been cultivated across a variety of sectors, including Insurance, Finance, Banking, Travel, Retail, Loyalty, and Non-Profit, encompassing both regulated and unregulated environments.

As a Project Manager, I focus on facilitating this collaboration and ensuring that everyone is working together effectively to achieve the project goals. This involves identifying and addressing any challenges that may arise during the project.
